We’re Matt & Dan, not a giant corporation. If you give BrosWithMoes your details, we’ll only use them for the reason you gave them to us and to help us run our events and challenges.

What we collect

Depending on what you’re signing up for, we may collect details such as your name, email address, mobile number, event registration choices and any message you choose to send us.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage registrations, organise our events, send confirmations and important event updates, respond to you, and keep track of who is joining us. We won’t sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where your information goes

Our website and registration system use third-party services to make everything work. This includes services that host the website, process registration information and send transactional emails. Those providers may process or store information on our behalf as part of providing those services.

Messages to the boys

If you leave a message during a MOBRO200K registration, it is intended for Matt & Dan and the BrosWithMoes event team. We won’t publish it publicly unless we ask you first.

How long we keep it

We’ll keep information for as long as we reasonably need it to run the relevant event, challenge or enquiry and for any reasonable follow-up or record keeping. If we no longer need it, we can remove it.

Want something changed or deleted?

No dramas. If you want to update your details, ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, email us at broswithmoes@gmail.com. MOBRO200K registrations can also be updated or cancelled using the personal link in your confirmation email.
